Luckia is built on one straightforward promise: your driving data belongs to you and never leaves your device. We do not collect it, we do not store it on our servers, and we have nothing to sell. Here's exactly how that works.
We collect nothing. Luckia has no user accounts, and we never ask for your name, email, phone number, or any identifying detail. The GPS speed and position read while you drive are processed live on your phone to power your speedometer, lap timer, and stats. Sessions, lap times, tracks, vehicle specs, and notes all stay on your device.
Because we never receive your information, we can't analyze it, share it, or monetize it. Every calculation — speed, lap and sector times, summaries, charts, and personal records — happens entirely on-device. No ad engine, no recommendation system, no behind-the-scenes use of any kind.
Your sessions, track library, garage entries, and records are saved locally in the app's storage on your phone. There is no cloud backend, no remote sync, and no upload step. If your phone is offline forever, Luckia still works exactly the same.
Luckia includes no third-party analytics, no advertising SDKs, no crash-tracking networks, and no social or marketing trackers. The only outside input is your device's own GPS signal, handled on-device by the operating system you already trust.
Since your information never leaves your phone, its exposure surface is as small as possible — there's no central database to breach. Your data is protected by your device's own passcode, biometrics, and app sandbox. We keep Luckia lean to avoid creating risks that don't need to exist.
Luckia does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. With no accounts, no sign-ups, and no data transmission, the app is comfortably aligned with COPPA and similar rules. Young karting fans can track laps with nothing gathered.
You're always in full control. Every record lives on your device, so you decide what to keep and what to clear. With no accounts and no backups on our side, deleting Luckia removes all associated data from your phone completely — nothing is left on a server for us to hold.
If we ever update this policy — to clarify wording or reflect a new feature — we'll revise the text and update the Effective Date above. The core principle won't change: Luckia stays local, private, and data-free by design.
